Q60t horizontal lines

Hi 

I have a q60t it's 18 months old and has been fine but last week I turned it on and there are small fine horizontal lines from top to bottom. I have tried hard reset and unplugged all my inputs but nothing works. Does this mean that the screen has failed or a lose connection ? Any advice would be great thanks

Looks like screen fault.

I have the same fault! Been told it’s £800 to fix
