NETWORK AND BLUETOOTH

I have a UE43TU7000KXXU, and now and again my network on my tv does not work, when this happens my Bluetooth does not work either, is there something that can be done to sort out this tv, I have reset it but still does not work, there is nothing wrong with my network/broadband and other devices work ok, it's just my tv

Hi @Andrew6619, to guide you with this, can you please send me the software version on your TV? You can find this in Support > Software Update.

Sounds like wifi/bt pcb fault. There is a way to check. Let me know if you need more help
