I've just purchased a QE50Q60C.
The software is very slow and sluggish. Apps take a long time to load up.
I also keep getting Network Error - Slow or No Internet Connection.
There is nothing wrong with my WiFi 6, TriBand, 520mbps Full Fibre Connection.
All devices connect with no issues and high download speeds.
The software is up to date and I have reset the TV and I am still having the same problem.
Is this a common issue?
I have owned an AU9000 (cheaper model) for over a year and have not experienced these issues.

Your Q60C TV is slow and sluggish due to limited RAM, background apps, network issues, or software bugs. Try closing unused apps, disabling background refresh, connecting to 5GHz Wi-Fi, updating software, or resetting to factory settings. If issues persist, contact Samsung Support.
