Q60 Check Device Power

Just turned on my brand new Q60, and after plugging in my Xbox One X, certain actions will prompt my TV to pull up this screen. It will do it before every action on each App or Game.

Please help!

Could we take the full model code and software version of your TV please? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV. Also, have you tried a different cable to connect your Xbox?

for fifa i changed the game settings and it is working good, i changed fullscreen to windowed borderless in display settings
