Purple Spots on screen

Hi,

Samsung TV 65" - UE65MU6120KXXU.

I strongly believe that some of the LED's have gone bad & are omitting a purple colour on my screen. 

Is it easy & simple to get, replace a full set of replacement LED strips for my model of TV rather than buying a new telly ?

Hi @Iron head_81  Have you taken a picture Test,  Settings-Support-Self Diagnosis-Picture Test which could confirm errors.  It could be the LED's or the  main board and whilst you could contact Samsung Support  I suspect cost may be prohibitive.

We cannot discuss D.I.Y.  repairs on the open forum due to Health/Safety reasons.
