NRK-super app not available on new TV

Hi

We got a new UE43TU8005KXXC TV two weeks ago.

The NRK-super app does nor show in available apps, but is available and working on our two older Samsung TVs.

It is a much desired app when our granddaugter visits. Any tips on how to install this on our new tv?

Hi there. I take it you're in the UK ? And the TV is bought in the UK ?Because some apps designed for a country, won't be available if the TV's region is different. You could change the TV's region for Norway . Then , the app should be available.

Thank you for answering. It was my intention to post this in the Nordic section. I am in Norway and the standard NRK app works. When I search for NRK in apps page only NRK shows, not NRK-super. 

I will see if can find out why the post is listed wrong and maybe post again.

I asked NRK. They have not made the Super-app for Tizen, so it is not available.  You have to find the children programs in the child category in the NRK-app.

An option is to load NRK-super on your phone or lap-top and share the screen to the TV.
