I've got a 65" S90C and have been watching UHD on the NowTV App on the TV. Just been away for a week and now it's not giving me the option to watch UHD.
I've got a Roku 4k Stick and that is giving me the option of watching UHD, so it's not my NowTV subscription.
I've deleted the NowTV app and reinstalled it, still no UHD.
It was working a week ago....
Any ideas...

We have been made aware that updates will be applied to NOW TV's servers with an expected date of November 26th, and that this should resolve the issue without any intervention required on your part.

Email from Now this morning:
"Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really apologies for the delay in response.

Doesn't sound like they're expecting an imminent fix...

The latest update I have is that the update is being rolled out from today, so I'd recommend giving this a day or two to see any changes taking effect.
If I hear anything contrary to the previous update, I'll be sure to note it in this thread.

Same here, new app version 9.10.4.

Yes, after installing new update, UHD/HDR and Atmos now work. Should say that a TV reboot is required for update to take effect.
