S90C NowTV App only showing 2 of 4 UHD Channels blue circle buffering Feb 25

Hi, Ive got a Samsung 65S90C and had a problem with the inbuilt NowTV app not showing UHD channels in channel listing a few months ago. This was fixed with an App update. 

My problem now is when selecting Main Event UHD or F1 UHD I just get the blue circle buffering circle and then it says there is a problem.

Its not my broadband as I have 250mbs and Sports 1 UHD and Sports 2 UHD work fine. 

I've logged out and in and same problem

I've uninstalled the App and reinstalled the app same problem

Its always the same 2 that dont work and the same 2 that do

Anybody else had this problem

I have the same problem. I can't access F1 UHD channel this problem has a Risen before and was resolved but now it's back again unfortunately it's back again just as next month for formula one is back to restart for 2025 I've done all the obvious things logged out logged in reinstall the app still no joy the NOW TV app on my fire stick is of a different app version a more current one I assume that Samsung need to get their act together and update to the latest apps that we can continue to enjoy NOW TV sport in uhd. Frustrating.

I have the same TV and had the same problem and as you say it was fixed but is back again. My Sky F1 UHD now appears to be working again, but Main Event UHD is still not. I spent months with and Open complaint to NOW who didn't deal with it. It's even more annoying when something is only on Main Event as there is no option to watch in HD as a workaround, so you simply cannot watch it at all. If you get anywhere with NOW or Samsung let me know! Good Luck. I also had an issue with BBC UHD content that was unwatchable for a long time (very dark). This has been resolved thankfully.
