Not able to view JPG images on my Samsung frame tv. It shows error as invalid format.

I have bought new Samsung frame 55” TV recently and I am not able to view jpg images from my pen drive. It throws error as invalid format. Not sure why simple image can not be viewed in such expensive model.

@Pranj007: That's strange, as the user manual does list jpeg files as a supported image format. Is the issue present when accessing all images, or just certain ones? If you convert the file(s) to PNG, BMP, or MPO, does the issue persist? If so, can you try transferring the images to another USB storage device to see if this helps at all? When connecting an external hard drive, use the USB (HDD 5V 1A) port, and it is recommended that you use an external hard drive with its own power adapter.

I have a Q90T samsung TV and have found that it will accept .jpg files but not .JPG files.  This is a nuisance as most photos on my PC are .JPG.  I cannot see anyway to set the TV to see them.
