Non removable set up banner

Hi I posted about this previously

When I turn my TV on a green banner  is displayed across the bottom of the TV asking me to plug aerial in and SET UP TV ,press ok ,the ok part is non responsive,I do not have an aerial. 

Today I phoned up Samsung UK and a woman showed me how to give her remote access to the TV ,I tried all sorts of suggestions,she could turn the popup on and off from her remote ,the answer she said was to log into the Samsung account on the TV and once logged in the SET UP banner should not reappear,at which point she logged off and said goodbye 

However this has not solved the issue and I am at a loss what to do ,I've reset the TV numerous times and it still appears.

TV is a 49 6400

Found online-

Some users have reported that this banner can be related to the TV being in 'Store Mode' or 'Demo Mode'. I'd recommend checking your TV settings for a 'Usage Mode' option and ensuring it's set to 'Home Mode

Hi all 

Update , I turned off the Virgin media TV box and TV,  and removed the HDMI cable,powered the TV back up ,turned on the VM box and reinserted the HDMI lead in that order and the " Set Up " banner has gone 

I am happy this is a solution so thanks to you all .
