A crackling noise can sometimes be be due to temperature changes or inadequate ventilation,it see if there is any difference with a Factory Reset if reason does not seem apparent.
However if the noise becomes more persistent you would need to contact Samsung Support in case it is an issue with the Tv Board. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/#contact
