Samsung 6400 49" TV
Hi all
A few weeks ago I turned the TV on to be met with a green Set up banner along the bottom of the TV screen ,it disappears after 10 seconds,tapping on the set up button does nothing. Anyway I initiated a factory set up from settings but the banner remains,I've also checked updated and it's on the latest version. How can I remove this ? Why is it there to begin with ? Thanks for any help
