Hi, I’m trying to open the “Gallery “ app on my Samsung smart tv, apparently I need to set a new PIN to protect my cloud content. I can enter my Samsung password to confirm my identity using the onscreen keypad, no problem, but the next screen asks me to set my PIN,but there is no onscreen keypad to enter any numbers. I cannot figure out how to bring up the keypad . Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

Problem fixed. I simply unset and reset the remote. Too easy, thanks for the advise

Hi @Davyboy12 Presumably you are using the Smart Remote, if you press the 123 button a number pad should pop up allowing you to enter the pin.

Hey there. Yeah actually I have it too. There's sth els near that and when I pressed it, the second pic shows up. I have no idea about what the hell is this for!
