Picture mode

I have just bought 43inch 7020 and want to change picture mode to fit screen when watching Netflix etc. When I go into settings to change from 16.9 to full screen it says this function is unavailable . Anyone got any ideas.

This information is sourced on google as I dont own a samsung tv. "The "Picture Size Settings" on a Samsung TV might be grayed out and unavailable if you're currently using a streaming app, as apps like Netflix or Hulu often control their own aspect ratio"
