I recently bought Samsung 32N5300 and set it up according to the manual. Before tuning channels, i updated the software to 1270 (factory verion was 1200 or 1230, not sure). After that i went to auto tuning option to scan for both analog and digital channels. I’m using a cable service and do provide quite a few digital channels as well. So, i opened the auto tune setting to scan both dtv and atv. The problem i found is i only have the terrestrial option and not cable or both in the aerial setting, which is why i thing i’m not able to tune digital channels through the cable.
