I have a Samsung TV, model UE49KS9000. Since we bought the TV, we have never had an aerial or cable connection, using the Wi-Fi in the flat for Freeview channels. Recently, something has happened to the TVPlus setting so that I can only see channels 4000-4999. Resetting and rescanning does not work.
I used to be able to use TVPlus for BBC, ITV etc, but these are no longer available. I can use the iPlayer app and the ITV Hub app, but it’s not as convenient. How do I fix this? Installing an aerial is not an option.
