Since the last 2303.1 update my TV and that of many others as I have seen on different forums has downgraded the TV.
This update blocks the 4K120Hz signal on the HDMI 4 port which is 2.1, but it also blocks all the signals from the other HDMI ports.
You advocate at Samsung that your televisions are made for the new generation Consoles , in my case i use Gaming PC with RTX 3070, but there you are clearly scuttling while releasing an update that clearly downgrades the television.
Here is the link of the forums where everyone talks about it to show you that I am not the only one in this case.
So what are you waiting for to do what is necessary because here I find myself with a 2500€ television which is absolutely useless.

I specify that I stayed more than an hour yesterday on the phone with customer service so that in the end I was told that it was a hardware problem.
So make an update that breaks everything and in addition have a support that is not at all competent I really wonder about the reliability of Samsung
