Brand new Samsung QN85 85" Neo QLED TV just installed and I'm having a major issue with eARC / HDMI-CEC.
My TV auto-switches back and forth between the TV speakers and my audio receiver. It happens about every 60 seconds or so.
My Onkyo receiver is brand new and fully up to date, and has a DirecTV 4K box and a PS5 plugged in.
There seems to be no resolution to this. Not using eARC is really undesirable, and turning off HDMI-CEC makes it so the TV doesn't even see my receiver. I have all brand new gear, but this is bs. Where's the fix Samsung? Lots of people online complaining about this going back for YEARS. What's the deal?

I agree with you, @hockeyfrank26 there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the Audio/Sound interface(s) on the new Samsung neo TVs. Just purchased a "new"
to replace a previously (bought new in 2016) UN40KU6300F, which still has EXCELLENT multiple diverse Audio/Sound. ONLY purchased this QN90D after last update isolated many control Settings; rendering them unable to be changed. AND the picture/Resolution keeps shifting although I have NOT enabled the optional A.I.🙄! Samsung NEEDS to correct THESE issues in a Firmware-Software Update as QUICKLY as possible, or I'm going to throw it away & purchase a SONY. Losing 💲💵Money💵💲 is irritating, but physically destroying a piece of JUNK is emotionally & mentally stimulating😌🤣😉, over merely being a helpless victim of corporate theft.
