My Samsung TV connected to WiFi but the internet won't work...

Hello everyone! My Samsung TV

 UE46D6530WKXXU version no 2 is connected to the internet but is not working. I have the hub from Virgin media. It says Local connection completed but can't connect to internet. There are some apps I downloaded but they don't work... I tried to update the software but is fine. Please help!

Hi @DrewD 

 

Could we confirm which software version you currently have running on the TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung. Also, could you send us a photo of the error message you're getting when trying to connect?

There does appear to be a software update available for your TV which you can download to a USB stick to transfer across to your TV. Have a look at the 'Downloads' section at the bottom of this link.
