My QE75Q70 has lost all channel twice in eight months

Suddenly all channels are gone. It has happened twice since I bought it about eight months ago. 

Last time I scanned for the channel and got them back. Not this time. 

I have checked the antenna cable with another TV and that is perfect. I have searched for channels several times without luck. 

Anything else I can do before I file for a technical defect or is this a technical defect?

I can’t help but exactly the same has happened to me. I have 2 Qled TVs. One after 3 days has started working again but the other still has no channels. The one working will not find Hd channels anymore at present. It also happened once before.... we are getting a new booster in the loft to see if this changes anything I will post an update if this changes my situation.
