@nomultiview: If you have a 2020 or 2021 model Samsung TV, and an Airplay 2 compatible iOS device, try pressing Home > Multi View > On > Select Content > Choose the content you want to show on the left side of the screen > Watch Mobile/Camera > Press the Airplay button on your iOS device. Let me know how you get on.

Hi, I own a Samsung UE43TU8500 (2020) and an iPhone 6. I don't appear to have an option to select multiview after I've pressed home. The only way I can get into multiview is to use the bixby/speech option. If I use airplay to play something on my TV from my phone it goes full screen instead of multiview. Can you give more detailed instructions please that are applicable to my model of TV and iphone. R

no, will not work and I somehow think it never will. Once again a product that promises so much but never ever delivers what it claims.

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone and MacBook. I find it hard to believe that Samsung was unaware of this issue with iOS devices before the release of these costly tv sets. Simply put their only concern was Samsung product users. THE FACT THAT NO TICKET WAS EVER MADE ABOUT YOUR INQUIRY INTO THE PROBLEM JUST PROVES HOW CONCERNED THEY ARE ABOUT IOS DEVICES. My future high end purchases will reflect my disgust with Samsung and the lack of full implementation of promised product features. Totally unacceptable business practice.

Thanks for the video but it’s showing the multi view option working at the CES. It’s comical because we all know it doesn’t actually work. Even their tech support team acknowledges this fact. I need it working in my family room the same way they have it working in the CES video.
Has anyone in this community happen to get multi view working after having the issues with connecting an IOS device?

I have a 2021 65” QLED Samsung tv. Unfortunately my tv is doing the same exact thing yours is doing. It will only go full screen if you try to connect a device in multi view. At no point have I got any two devices, HDMI , WiFi, Screen Mirroring, Bluetooth,or any combination known to man has worked in Multiview mode. Thanks Samsung for a crappie manufactured tv that you charged good money for and used this function as a major selling point. We as customers are frustrated and highly disappointed that you have taken no real steps to address the problem. All I’ve heard is talk. If anyone out there has or discovered a fix please let the community know.

Seems to only work with Samsung/Android phones. Guess the demo from the CES show a couple of years ago was false advertising.

My sentiments exactly.
