Hi,
I have bought the 55 frame (2022) yesterday from a reseller (new one).
The art mode is not working - everytime the TV restarts when try to start the art mode
I have already reset everything (smart hub, factory reset). The software version is 1520.
The art mode has never been working on the TV. Other functions like Amazon Prime, TV etc. are working fine.
Any suggestions?

It is solved, because the SmartHub was also broken - so I replaced the 2022 (guarantee) with extra money and the 2023 model.

I had the same issue. Would crash every time I selected art mode or anything related to art. Samsung sent a replacement TV and we plugged it in using the same one connect cable supplied with the original TV. We had the same issue with crashing on the new TV, so swapped out the cable with the new one and it was instantly fixed. I'd recommend trying a new one connect cable (apparently easily damaged if threaded through walls) to fix this.
