Max length of HDMI to OneConnect box?

Hi - does anyone know if there's a max length for the HDMIs from equipment to the OneConnect box?

I bought a high-spec 10m UHD to connect my Sky Q box to the OneConnect.  The picture and sound are perfect, but the Universal Remote doesn't recognise and won't control the Sky unit (it actually worked to begin with, but lost it after restarting).

With a short HDMI there's no problem, but my Sky box is a distance from my preferred TV position.  I can use the Sky remote, but it's convenient for the Samsung Universal to be 'universal'.

This was my error - I had taped over the IR port on the Sky box as it's in close proximity to a Sky Mini box.  Works perfectly with the 10M HDMIs.
