Can't get HDMI ports to work on Samsung Frame

I've bought a 32" Samsung Frame TV, but can't get the either of the HDMI ports in the OneConnect box to work.

I initially tried to connect my Sky box up, but on the screen it kept saying there was no signal, so I tried a different HDMI cable with my laptop and got the same result.

Having rung Samsung support, and spending an hour on the phone, I got nowhere.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Sounds perhaps too obvious but have you checked that both ends of the One connect cable are plugged in correctly? If one of plugs is not pushed right in you could loose connection.

Cliff, thanks so much. Yes, that's sorted it - the cable into the actual TV clicked in a lot further than I thought it would! Tried the HDMIs about 10 times, but not the actual One Connect ports!!
