I've bought a 32" Samsung Frame TV, but can't get the either of the HDMI ports in the OneConnect box to work.
I initially tried to connect my Sky box up, but on the screen it kept saying there was no signal, so I tried a different HDMI cable with my laptop and got the same result.
Having rung Samsung support, and spending an hour on the phone, I got nowhere.
Has anyone come across this issue before?

Cliff, thanks so much. Yes, that's sorted it - the cable into the actual TV clicked in a lot further than I thought it would! Tried the HDMIs about 10 times, but not the actual One Connect ports!!
