So I would just expect plugging a Samsung TV and Samsung soundbar together to just work. But I get lip sync issues.
In my case the source is a Sky Q box. I've tried optical audio conection and HDMI connection. What's going on?
I'm sure it's just a settings thing that I've got wrong, but if someone could suggest the correct connections and settings that would be great thanks.
I'll continue to try some more things out later.

Some updated details. Works fine when viewing content from the TV (Netflix for example). So I move the Sky Q output to go directly to the soundbar, then HDMI from soundbar to TV. That seems to work fine.
So is the content from Sky Q box hard to decode and get back out to the soundbar?
Will try another HDMI source next.

Other sources seem OK. Although going via the Soundbar appears to work, sometimes the sound drops out. Anyone else see this?

I have eARC issues with my Q800T sound bar and my 85" Q80T 2020 TV.
the audio never cuts out unless im watching 7.1true HD Atmos audio.. im using an Nvidia Shield.
lypsync can be solved with audio play settings on either the TV or the Sky Q
