ITV Hub crashes

Recently the ITV Hub app keeps crashing while watching live TV. It works for a short time then closes and sends me back to Samsung TV. I’ve tried updating the app and the TV is up to date. 

The TV is a UE43TU7100.

this has recently started Happening with 2 of our Samsung TVs, all other apps work fine

Just got a Samsung smartmonitor and exactly the same thing is happening. App crashes after a few seconds of live tv
