Issue with bbc iPlayer on Samsung cu8510

I have an issue with my new Samsung CU8510 smart tvs bbc iPlayer app. Every day that i turn my TV on and load the app it will not play anything. 

In order to get it working, every single time i have to unplug the tv from the mains while the tv is on, hold the power button on my remote for 30 seconds, leave the tv unplugged for 5 minutes and then plug the tv in again. Once i then turn on the tv the app works fine.

Does Anyone know how to properly fix this issue?

@nuclearphosphate Please run a connection test by doing the following:

​1. On the remote control, press the Home button.
2. Select Menu.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select All Settings.
5. Select General.
6. Select Network.
7. Select Network Status.

Is your TV connected to the Internet?

Yes tv is connected to internet via ethernet. I've tried also via WiFi but the above is still happening and having to do the above "fix" every day
