Hello,
As some background information, the source of the stream doesn't seem to have any impact on the screen appearing as it has happened to Netflix, Apple TV, TEVO, etc... The TV remains on but will not allow me to do anything until it is restarted (simple on off). I also have a universal remote so when I hit on/off both my tv and receiver power on and off. I think the issue has to be with the TV or the receiver (Denon brand). If anyone has any Idea as to how I can resolve this issue, please let me know. Image below is the screen I get.
