Is this light coming through the back of the tv normal? Should I make a claim? It is very annoying and distracts from the actual picture. Anything I can do to fix it? More prevalent at night when watching movies. Thank

Hi @Brunster11 ,

can I take the TV model code found at the back and the current software version? Is this affecting all the sources and channels?

When there are dark scenes they show up and it is more prevalent at night time as well.

@Brunster11: If you go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, is the issue still present, or do you get any 'Failed' messages?

I did a picture test and it looked fine. No errors came up. The picture shown was bright though and I don't have issues unless it is a black screen or evening out and no light coming in through the windows.
