Here is a list of problems I have with my MU9000:
-the remote will not stay paired
-the TV will not remember picture settings
-TV often looses input default (turns on displaying live TV and I have to menu to source, select source, and add to home bar)
-WiFi connects but no internet (not a problem on my other Samsung TV)
-Takes several presses of the power button to turn off TV
-HDR signal triggers extremely dark screen (turning TV off and then on fixes this)
-Cannot update firmware even via USB
-TV will mute and will not unmute without hard reboot
-Volume change from remote will appear to work but rebounds to original volume after releasing volume button
The TV is not set for store mode but sometimes acts like it is. I am wondering if a new main board could be the fix.
