Sound Problem in New 55 inch TV

I have sound issue in my newly purchased samsung 55 inch model UA55DU7660KLXL, When watching the some times sound become high and some time become zero. After my request the technician come after 3 weeks and replaced the mother board and sound. Still problem exists.

Now service center team asked me to take the tv from my home and after checking they will return, i never agreed with it.

I have lost my warranty  2 months and if there is any provision to replace the model of tv?

Why would you not let them take it if will solve the problem

because of  i  bought that before 2 months and cost around rs 50K so not ready to give the local service center (not in my near by place)

yes from india. will try to go to the shop where purchased.

I am sure you have tried this but what if you reset the TV back to factory settings and then test the sound?
