TU7000 TV Speaker Pulsating Sound

The speaker on my TU7000 TV would play fine for a while and then suddenly gives pulsating sound -- repeating the last audio sample repetitively.  This happens with both a TV app or a streaming box, so it's not an HDMI problem.  The firmware is 2601.1.  I've tried a factory reset already.

Besides this problem, the TV also loses its WiFi MAC so it cannot connect to WiFi at all.  I can at least work around it by using Ethernet.  This seems to be an ongoing problem a year after I bought the TV, and seems to be a popular complain.

My pulsating sound problem is unrelated to WiFi.  But it seems to be gone after factory reset the TV (including powering it off for 30 seconds).

The separate WiFi problem, where the TV reports no MAC address, is still there.  This problem happened before and after weeks or months, went away.  I could work around it with an Ethernet/Wifi adapter. But since I use a Roku box anyway, there is really no point in have the TV connected to the Internet (and in fact to access my viewing habits), so I just forget about the WiFi.

Given these two problems, and the complicated remote control, I will never buy another Samsung TV.

Hi and welcome, WIFI seems to be the issue, is the WIFI signal weak, I use eARC HDMI so wired.

Also worth checking if you have WIFI entenders, I find with my music server the causes random issues, turns out the MACs are different.
