Inquiry About One Connect Box Compatibility

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to inquire about the compatibility of the One Connect Box that comes with my Samsung QE75Q95TATXSQ television. Specifically, I would like to know if this One Connect Box can be used with my other Samsung TV, model UE65KS9500T.

Could you please confirm if the One Connect Box from the QE75Q95TATXSQ is compatible with the UE65KS9500T, or if a different model of One Connect Box is required? If the box is not compatible, I would greatly appreciate your guidance on which version of the One Connect Box would work with the UE65KS9500T.

Hi @Vitaliy   Each one Connect Box is calibrated for each model, they are not interchangeable.  if you tried to use it with another Tv it would be unlikely to work properly.  If there is a problem with a One Connect Box it is advisable to contact Samsung  Support https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/   Samsung's policy is to repair though.
