Hi Guys,

Try this steps.

Steps taken:
- cold boot the TV and unplug it and wait for 1 minute beofre plug it back in again.
- make sure the HDMI is disconnected to the TV
- press and hold the power of the remote of the TV for 10 seconds until the samsung logo shows to the TV
- connect the HDMI to the TV that is connected to the switch
- wait for the searching info of the TV then select manual set up
- set up everything and pretend that the remote is able to control the switch
- switch is working now and change the RGB range of the switch to limited.
- turn off and on the TV and switch 3x in a row and it was all good now.

Hi everyone

Same problem as everyone else here. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it's a black screen but I can hear the sound, sometimes it finds the input, sometimes not; if it finds the input, sometimes switching in and out of game mode helps, sometimes not... once, it connected and actually labeled it as a switch but that's never happened again. This is all going on for like 6 months at this point. I bought an HDMI expander as suggested, worked at first, now doesn't. Replaced all HDMI cables with high quality cables. Dock works with other TVs just fine. I have a 55" The Frame TV. This was insanely expensive compared to plenty of other TVs I could have bought and this is super irritating like every single day. Any true fix? Any firmware fix for this? WTF Samsung!
