Hw j250 soundbar. How do i stop it automatically turning on with my tv

Can you provide the TV model as well? Disconnect everything, and leave it off for 5 minutes. Then plug it back in. Let me know how that goes.

I found a button on the remote that said auto power and that seems to have sorted it
