How to stop pop up notices on TV

Hi

For a couple of weeks now my tv randomly shows a banner notification at the top of the screen advising of a new privacy notice. It advises to go to the settings menu to view this.  I have done this but the message keeps appearing is there a way I can stop it.

hey my tv keeps doing a similar thing when ever i turn it on its says NEW SAMSUNG FULLHD WIDE COLOR ENHANCER CONNECTSHARE MOVIE and i think the name is UN49j5000

my tv just shows the description at the side and it keeps moving from side to side it says NEW samsung FULLHD wide color enhancer full hd 1080p connect share and at the bottom it says un49j5000 and i dont know how to get rid of it

and i looked at the remote and it doesnt have a ok button

I can see that you've got a non-UK/EU model TV.  With Samsung support being localised and this being a European forum (the English language part is supported by the Samsung UK & Ireland team, for example), we're limited in what we can do for you in terms of direct support.

Hello, I have a problem I don’t know if it’s the same one as “MW22” but there a banner notification that pops up on my tv and goes away and I don’t have a remote so I have to use the buttons on the tv and I don’t know how to remove it

I am getting the same popup.  I have turned off notices, reviewed privacy settings.  It is really getting very annoying.  This is not acceptable, not only with this notification, but with Samsung saying they can share my information.

how do i fix this or will it stop eventually?  it pops up every 1 hour.
