I created a PowerPoint presentation that I want to play continuously on a Samsung TV. I have exported the presentation to a .mpeg4 format and it plays successfully on my Samsung UN55H6203AF TV.  However, I get an "This audio data is not supported" error message each time the presentation loops through.   Does anyone know what format is needed to resolve this error message issue.

Thanks in advance.

It's messy as it need the right codec which your tv won't have automatically, if your TV is need try downloading the VLC media app and try.

I had great hope after I downloaded and installed VLC.  The number of formats supported in massive.  Unfortunately, I have yet to find one that  rectifies this issue.

I have found an article that says that the format needs to be mpeg4 + AAC.  VLC doesn't seem to support the AAC audio format.  Any thoughts?
