4k videos with x265 codec are not played

Hi dear friends

My Samsung bu8000 TV was playing 4k movies before getting the 2024 update. But now it gives this error "The selected file is not currently supported". I tried copy file on another hard drive, flash drive and It shows on another TV. The file was played in the past on this TV

Plz help to solve the problem

Hi @alirezaurwis  i think the I think  MKV x265 files are  no longer  supported  and not too likely to change in future firmware updates,even though it may be a bit frustrating.  A workaround  though by converting files as shown in this article https://moviemaker.minitool.com/news/how-to-play-mkv-on-samsung-smart-tv.html

I think avi files don't work to as I downloaded at movie 1080 copied to freeview to watch and all I got was sound
