QLED TV screen casting lag

Whenever I screencast content from my phone gallery to my TV the videos lag like crazy. 

I've tried everything. WiFi is all fine at 5ghz, same network, played around with loads of settings. Even factory reset the TV!

NOTHING has worked.

Would be grateful for support.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!

This is down to network. Just because its 5ghz doesnt necessarily mean stable, specifically latency over speed - on your phone do a speed test. Sometimes, screen mirroring lag is caused by trying to mirror content at too high of a resolution. If you're trying to stream 4K content but your wifi or devices are not up to the task, consider lowering the resolution.

Maybe attempt resetting network settings on both phone and tv settings

I think my TV should be able to handle it I just cant find a setting to make the screencasting higher resolution.
Is there a way to do this or do I need to lower the resolution of whatever I am casting?
