Please help me on how to download Netflix App since it was not listed on the Samsung Smart Hub. Thank you!

@Liezel: At this stage, please confirm the model number of your TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV, and I will look into this for you.
Please note that if you have performed a manual search for Netflix, and nothing is showing the results, then this typically means that the app is not supported on your model, or in your region.

Hi, TV model is UA46F5500. I downloaded it before but yesterday Netflix was not on the List of my dowloaded apps and on Smart hub as well. Thanks

Looking at your model number, would I be correct in saying that your TV is quite a few years old? Perhaps 8 or 9?
My thinking is that Netflix may have removed support for your TV due to its age and tech capabilities....

@Liezel: If you followed the steps on page 130 of the user manual (linked below) and Netflix is not showing in the results, then sadly it is not supported on this model. This is a decision made by the developers themselves, and is often due to software limitations.
