Our tv suddenly started to turn on and off in an endless loop, when you want to turn on the tv. We did not do anything that we normally do  the TV is three years old.

We thought it was the remote, but it still does it when there is no batteries in the remote. We also tried to unplug the power for 1 minute, put back the power back on, and then hold the power button on the remote down for 30 seconds, but nothing works

Anybody has an idea what to do?

Hello! I am unable to see your video and it would be very helpful if you could mention the TV model but I am happy to give you general suggestions. Firstly, make sure all the cables are plugged in properly and make sure there are no loose connections. Ensure you have updated the TV to the latest software, you can do so by navigating to Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update > Update now. Please find some more guidance in this following link https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/tv-audio-video/what-to-do-when-samsung-tv-keeps-turning-on-and-of... . If none of this works, the last option is to have a chat with Samsung Customer Care. Hope this helps, Good luck!

Mine has the same issue as other 100s of people. Did Samsung repair your TV?

Here for the same reason everyone else is… my 3 year old is currently crying because we can’t watch ‘toons on Saturday morning in the playroom like we do every weekend. Other community websites suggested completely unplugging the TV power for a few minutes to cycle the power supply. If that doesn’t work they also said check your HDMI connection. Will respond later if any of that works.

Side note: I like how the one guy suggested you perform a software update knowing that the issue is that the screen won’t turn on. Lullllz

That link takes users to a general-purpose “help” landing page and not a specific page addressing the issue. The URL makes it seem like it will be a helpful resource, but it’s not.

Here’s a current link (as of the time of this comment) that may be of use to some: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/tv-audio-video/how-to-resolve-issues-with-your-samsung-tv-repeate...
