I have just purchased a Q55Q80AAT TV.
I noticed it has Google/Alexa/Bixby voice integration.
How do I actually use it?
I have added both Alexa and a Google account to the Voice section under settings, and have selected google for testing.
What do I do now? If I press the microphone button on the smart remote the LED double flashes for about 5 seconds, and I speak, literally nothing happens. No feedback at all.
If I press and hold the microphone button and speak, literally nothing happens. No feedback at all.
If I try the 'awake' keywords "Alexa" or "OK Google", literally nothing happens. No feedback at all.
Do I speak into the remote? Do I speak at the TV? Do I need keywords? Do I press and hold microphone?
I cannot work out how to use it.
