While trying to get out of hospitality mode I accidentally put it on interactive instead of standalone and now can’t get back to the expanded menu using same method. Oh and using smart touch remote

@Emergenchep Try powering off Tv for a minute , afterwards try Mute 119 Power or whatever method you were using. options available on this site http://www.diy-time.com/computers-technology/software-hardware/20-ways-to-unlock-hotel-tv-menu/
