I have a QE65Q6FNAT that is just out of warranty, yesterday whilst watching tv a horizontal and now vertical line are no longer the same colour as the tv programming and mainly white although some colour changing does happen due to the programming on occasions.
The self diagnosis tests are poor and not convincing they achieve much, the issue fails all the tests. I have completed a factory reset of the tv and ensured the tv is on the latest available update.
Is there a better screen test to perform somehow? The pixels are NOT black so is this a permanent issue?
Any help or guidance appreciated, thanks in advance.
