UE50TU7020 smart TV can not download TOS

This is my first time buying a Samsung smart TV, and it is very disheartening. I´ve went every way that it is possible to troubleshoot on the internet but nothing worked.

I noticed that I couldn't download the TOS because I was not up to date with the firmware, and I couldn't update the firmware because I didn't agree with the TOS.

So I manually downloaded the update, and updated the TV via USB.

But the problem still persists. The phone isn´t able to connect to TV via the app smartthings, and neither can it update the terms of service. This renders it impossible to use Netflix and youtube (which is the main reason i bought it) 

I have spent all day on trying to fix this and I am very disheartened by this.

I had terrible trouble with my QE49Q80T not downloading the TOS and various other internet related problems. It turned out to be my DNS settings. I have DNS filtering (DoT) set up on my Asus router and had to allow the TV to bypass it (no filtering).

Maybe it doesn't like your ISP's DNS? Try setting it to Google's (brain dead approach).
