I have a 65inch Qled but I haven’t been able to watch anything on it when i try to use netflix it ask for Samsung account id,i eventually created an id but everytime i login it says wrong password but I use the same account on a Samsung phone and it works fine there.
please what can i do to use this tv.

@Niroko sugar If trouble logging in via the QR code could reset the password on your phone via Accounts and Backup-Manage Accounts-Samsung Account-General-My profile-security and Privacy-Password. There should be option to change Password. Alternatively there is a web link here https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/MBR/resetPassword
