when watching recordings from my sly q mini box I randomly experiance the picture freezing and/or loss of sound.

@Members_Ib7furo Think this is more of a Skyq issue. Try rebooting the main sky q Box (via unplugging) wait at least 30 seconds before reconnecting. Once it is back up and running reboot the Mini following the same procedure. If problems persist try a Network Reset on the Mini.
