I have a 65 inch frame tv about a year old and a Samsung hwq70r sound bar. The tv recognises the fact that it is connected but comes up with a message that it is connected to the wrong port and to plug the hdmi cable into port 3. It is connected to port 3
I have tried to connect it to all of the other ports just in case but no luck so at the moment I can only use the sound bar through wifi
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Currently having the same problem with Samsung neo qled, did you solve this problem?

Same problem here with Samsung AU7000 50" UHD TV and sound device connected to HDMI 3 eARC port, described in more detail in this thread. Couldn't find solution yet.
