Grey lines on screen

I recently bought a samsung UE48J6300AKXXU and grey lines are part of the picture constantly especially apprent in white background and during football games which really spoils the picture. I reached out to Samsung who advised to install latest firmware but i confirmed i already have that. Did anyone experience this problem. Attached photos to show you what i mean (As well as some with high contrast so you can see how the lines contrast with the rest of the screen)Normal picture where you can see the white is not sharp and pale grey vertical lines across screeni added contrast so you can see the lines moresame heresame here. Do these lines appear during a Picture Test? If they do we'd recommend speaking to your nearest Service Centre. You can find it here.
