I purchased the flagship Q950R in December 2019 from currys in the UK for the occasional room in our house, needless to say it's now July and the Television is already broken. We noticed a dark shadow appear on the left hand side of the screen which was intermittent then corrected its self after a reboot. Followed now by a green and blue screen on all inputs. I have changed the HDMI cables, checked various input sources sky box, Xbox & PS4 and blue ray player and it's the same for each. I have checked the invisible cable for any kinks or stress and there is nothing. The self diagnostic picture test is working fine and the app screen is working fine. I have tried various HDMI leads all of which work fine on other devices and TVs in the house. Does anyone have any ideas before I return it to the store? The TV is less than 6 months old therefore still within the warranty. I'm am less than impressed for a £3000 television.
